I really enjoyed my first yoga practice back at the Be-Yoga studio today. I must admit I was slightly apprehensive as I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I desperately wanted to get back into yoga as I have really missed it during lockdown. Although I have done several zoom yoga classes throughout lockdown it’s never easy to find a quiet space for yoga in our house so I really wanted to get back to the studio for classes. Well I’m so glad to say, there was really nothing for me to worry about! All the social distancing measures were in place which was very reassuring with clear signage and instructions, but nothing overly clinical, it still felt exactly like the very relaxed friendly studio it has always been. I still managed to recognise everyone wearing their masks at reception and they recognised me, so I immediately felt welcomed once again. Thank you Bryony, Silas and Becca for a wonderfully focused and reenergising practice this morning, I’m booked in again next week for 2 more sessions and I’m looking forward to it already. Anyone who has been wondering about returning to the studio classes but is still feeling a bit anxious I would say give it a try because you won’t be disappointed Be-Yoga is still that wonderful “oasis of calm” despite the chaotic world we are currently living in.
