All of our Hot and Hatha yoga classes are Minded Flow yoga, our own style developed over years of teaching experience. Hot yoga is naturally a dynamic practice and is brilliant for fitness and weight management.
We also offer non-hot classes including; Dynamic Vinyasa Flow, Nidra, Restorative, Yin, Yin-Yang, Gentle Hatha, Warm Yoga, Yoga for Over 55s, Yoga for Teens and Children's Yoga.
We are the only hot yoga centre in HH, our Hot classes are by far the most popular with our students, historically yoga was practised in warm environments and this is vital for a safe, dynamic practice.
At Be-yoga we aim to recreate this ambient temperature by heating the studio to approximately 32 degrees, this temperature is perfect for creating a cardiovascular workout and to safely stretch.
In the heat, our muscles soften and we feel more flexible; the heart rate increases; the skin sweats and we leave with healthy, glowing skin. The heat will aid weight loss and keep all your joints healthy.
You can either come into the studio to register or sign up online. There is no need to book classes in advance, we always leave space for drop-ins. Please come along 20 minutes or so before the start of your first class.
